June Spa Retreat Guest Policies

June Spa Retreat is committed to providing a peaceful, professional, respectful, and relaxing spa environment for every guest. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to follow the policies listed on this page.

These policies help protect appointment times, support our therapists and staff, and create a better experience for every guest visiting our Las Vegas spa.

Cancellation Policy

Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask guests to provide advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Single appointments: please give at least 4 hours’ notice.
  • Two guests: please give at least 6 hours’ notice.
  • Groups of 3 or more may require a non-refundable deposit.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may be charged up to the full service value.

Reservation Policy

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred appointment time, therapist availability, and service length.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
  • First-time guests should arrive about 15 minutes early.
  • New guests may be asked to complete a brief intake form.
  • Appointment reminders may be sent by text, email, or booking platform.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand delays can happen. However, late arrivals may result in a shortened session so the next guest is not delayed.

  • Late arrivals are charged the full scheduled service price.
  • Sessions may be shortened based on remaining appointment time.
  • Very late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

Appointment Age Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older to book services independently. Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian book the appointment and be present when required.

Pricing Policy

We do our best to keep our website, booking menu, and service information accurate. Prices, services, packages, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Gratuity Policy

Gratuity is not included in service pricing unless specifically stated. Tips are never required, but they are always appreciated by our therapists and spa team.

Refund Policy

Spa services are final once performed. If you have concerns during your service, please notify your therapist or the front desk immediately so we can assist you.

  • Completed services are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards and promotional purchases may be non-refundable.
  • Lost gift cards may not be replaced unless verification is available.

Health & Special Conditions

Please notify us before your appointment if you have any medical concerns, injuries, allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, recent surgery, or discomfort.

Professional Conduct Policy

  • Inappropriate comments, behavior, or requests are not tolerated.

  • Guests may be charged in full and refused future service.

Spa Etiquette

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, please speak softly, silence your phone, and respect the privacy and relaxation of others.

  • Please keep conversations quiet.
  • Please silence mobile devices.
  • Please arrive clean and prepared for your service.
  • Please vacate the treatment room within a reasonable time after service.

Personal Belongings

We recommend leaving valuables at home. June Spa Retreat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
